Here we have reclaimed the pallet wood and plywood to shape up a DIY pallet tool box for crafting at home. This idea involves just cutting of pallets and some plywood slats which creatively join together to form a rectangular box. We have spent nothing on this DIY pallet project and found this wooden storage box at no-cost budget. First of all we planned the dimensions about what size we want to made and then cut the according lengths of pallets and some plywood. We also sanded down the lengths through hand rubbing and gritting with sandpaper to remove the splinters and uneven edges from the borders.
We select a rustic table in our garage as our working place and started the target by making a rectangular boundary and then cut it according to desired size.
We loosely nailed the each side of the box and then after fixing the side at right position we pushed the loosely held nails down to be tight with hand hammer strokes. We have repeated the same process with all sides and got a cleanly bound enclosed boundary.
