It becomes easier to get the target by dividing the project into small portions, we also did the same here. We build and cushioned the sofa into two portions and then joined them both to provide a royal layout of sofa.

This is the final grand pallet production which came up with a very royal and deluxe shape of sofa and is very high ranked and sublime in comfort due to tufted and padded berth and backrest. Still we have some work to do with armrests which is to enclose them from the top.
